29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):   On or about 08/28/2018, John Wcislo, at 301 Trapani Drive, St. Peters, MO, exposed 2 workers to a fall hazard.  Employees were not utilizing guardrail systems, a safety net system, or a personal fall arrest system.  There was no type of fall protection available at the site.  The workers were exposed to a fall to the ground below of approximately 12 feet and approximately 16 feet.
