Employees performing stucco and painting operations at a elevated height were exposed to a fall hazard of approximately 14 feet to the surface below, while working on a scaffold that was not fully planked.

Employees performing stucco and painting operations at a elevated height on a tubular framed scaffold, were exposed to a fall hazard of approximately 17 feet to the surface below, without guardrails, safety net, fall arrest or fall protection system.
