29 CFR 1910.1025(m)(1)(iii): The employer did not include lead in the hazard communication program established to comply with the HCS (� 1910.1200), and the employer did not ensure that each employee had access to labels on containers of lead and to safety data sheets, and that employees were trained on lead in accordance with the requirements of HCS and paragraph (l) of this section.   On or about August 31, 2018, in the maintenance shop, the employer did not ensure lead was included in the hazard communication program and did not provide employees information and training on the hazards of lead and the measures they can take to protect themselves when working on equipment such as a CAT 725 truck. Employees were exposed to potential ingestion hazards that could result in the health effects such as nervous system and reproductive system damage.
