29 CFR 1910.22(a)(2): The floor of each workroom was not maintained in a clean and, to the extent feasible, in a dry condition. a) Produce Cooler: On or about September 4, 2018, and at times prior, the employer exposed employees to slip hazards storing and removing produce from the cooler, in that the condensation from the roof-mounted refrigeration system accumulated on the concrete floor.
