29 CFR 1926.451(g)(4)(i): Guardrail systems were not installed along all open sides and ends of platforms before being released for use by employees other than erection/dismantling crews:  a. 390 Mountain Ave., Berkeley Heights, NJ ( Zecca's Custom Homes)  The employer did not ensure employees were protected from falls by use of a guardrail system or personal fall arrest system.  Employees engaged in residential siding activities were observed using a pump jack scaffold that did not have end rails and safety nets  installed.   Violation observed on or about September 5, 2018
