(305 cm) to any unguarded, energized overhead line:    Location: 6 West Shore Road, Merrimac, MA    On or about September 5, 2018, an employee working from a 24-foot Werner portable extension ladder at a height of approximately 20-feet, 10-inches held the energized overhead electrical line attached to the house with the left hand, while utilizing the chainsaw with the right hand to cut a limb off the tree.
