29 CFR 1926.954(b)(3)(iii)(A): Employees working from an aerial lift did not use a fall restraint system or a personal fall arrest system. On or about September 07, 2018, at the Walk-Ons restaurant construction site, Brusly, LA; the employer allowed the employees to operate aerial lifts at elevated heights without the use of a harness and lanyard attached to the lift bucket.
