29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system or personal fall arrest systems:  a) Residential Construction Site, 5822 W. Quintale Drive, Meridian, ID: On or about August 14, 2018, and at times prior thereto, the general contractor did not ensure subcontractors were following site health and safety plan rules.  Sub-contractor employees performing framing activities were exposed to a fall hazard while working on the exterior top plate of this residential structure without a means of fall protection.  Note: Abatement certification is required for this item.
