29 CFR 1926.451(g)(1)(i): Each employee on a boatswains' chair, catenary scaffold, float scaffold, needle beam scaffold, or ladder jack scaffold was not protected by a personal fall arrest system: a. Chatsworth Manor Phase 1 Subdivision, 5435 Cheatam Ave, Lot #21, Gainesville, GA (Jobsite) - Employees were exposed to fall hazard. Employees were installing soffit fascia to the upper eaves and/or edge of roof to the side exterior of the newly constructed residential 2-story home while working on a ladder jack scaffold approximately 14 feet from ground level, without being tied off to an anchor point, on or about 09/12/18.
