29 CFR 1904.39(a)(2): The employer did not report an in-patient hospitalization, amputation, or loss of an eye as a result of a work-related incident to OSHA within twenty-four (24) hours. a) At the worksite, on or about 8/7/18: An employee fell from the second story of an apartment building that was under construction, where that employee required in-patient hospitalization, and where the employer of that worker did not report the incident to OSHA within 24 hours of the incident.
