29 CFR 1910.67(c)(2)(v): A personal fall arrest or travel restraint system that meets the requirements of subpart I of this part were not worn or attached to the boom or basket when working from an aerial lift:  On or about September 12, 2018, at the east side of the jobsite, an employee engaged in tree trimming operations from a boom truck was exposed to a 13-foot fall hazard without means of fall protection.
