This exposed employees to a fall hazard of approximately 13 feet.  (b) Employees conducting carpentry operations from the interior of the 2nd floor area were not protected from falling to the lower level due to unguarded window and door openings. This exposed employees to a fall hazard of approximately 13 feet.  (c)  Employees conducting carpentry operations from the interior of the 3rd floor area were not protected from falling to the lower level due to unguarded window and door openings. This exposed employees to a fall hazard of approximately 20 feet.
