29 CFR 1926.501(b)(11): Each employee on a steep roof with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected from falling by guardrail systems with toeboards, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems:  For the employee working on the edge of the roof caulking seams on or about September 11, 2018 and times prior there to the employer did not provide fall protection to employees exposed to falls of 6 feet or greater.
