29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):     (a)  Yanez Construction Corp. Located at 16366 Ute Peak, Broomfield, CO 80020:  On and Preceding 15 September, 2018, The employer did not ensure that employees engaged in residential framing activities 6 feet or more above lower levels were protected by guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems. Two employees were installing sheathing on a two story residential home without the of fall protection while they were actively engaged in framing work. The exposed employees to falls from height up to 20 feet.
