29 CFR 1926.451(c)(2)(iv): Front-end loaders and similar pieces of equipment were used to support scaffold platforms when they were not specifically designed by the manufacturer for such use: Worksite located at 1800 NE 49th St., Kansas City, Missouri- The platform employees were working on was a job-made platform that was not specifically designed and approved by the manufacturer for this task. The platform could easily break away from the forks and cause the platform to collapse.
