29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13):  Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measures:  On or about 9/11/2018, at the jobsite at 2730 Tamm Ave., St Louis, MO, workers were observed on top of the residential roof, approximately 10' 3" eave to ground, actively installing roofing material and were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with alternative fall protection measures.  The workers were exposed to a fall hazard.  Domingo Soloman was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1326473, citation number 1, item 2, issued on 7/12/2018, and was affirmed as final order on 8/08/2018, with respect to a workplace located at 317 Trotter Drive in Hamel, IL.
