29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1): Each employee on a walking/working surface with an unprotected side or edge which is 6 feet  or more above a lower level was not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems:  On or about 08/30/2018,  Location: Front Residential roof, next to the gables at 1893 Timarron Way, Naples FL;  1) An employee engaged in painting activities was exposed to fall hazards while walking/working on the roof of a two story residence with no fall protection provided.

29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1): Employer did not develop, implement, and maintain at each workplace, a written hazard communication program which at least describes how the criteria for labels and other forms of warning, safety data sheets, and employee information and training will be met:  On or about 08/30/2018,  Location: 84 houses at the Timarron Way Section of the community;  1) Employees exposed to chemical hazards associated with the use of chemicals in the workplace such as but not limited to xylene, chlorine and paints. The employer failed to develop, implement and maintain a Hazard Communication Program.
