29 CFR 1926.21(b)(2): The employer did not instruct each employee in the recognition and avoidance of unsafe conditions and the regulations applicable to his/her environment to control or eliminate any hazards or other exposure to illness or injury:  On or about September 14, 2018, and in times prior thereto, workers were not provided training for the hazards associated with their work on the job site. The workers were exposed to fall from elevation hazards and electrical hazards, located at the home remodeling site.

29 CFR 1926.416(a)(1): Employees were permitted to work in proximity to electric power circuits and were not protected against electric shock by de-energizing and grounding the circuits or effectively guarding the circuits by insulation or other means:  On or about September 14, 2018, and in times prior thereto, siding worker was removing an electrical box from an outside wall exposing him to an electrocution hazard, located at the home renovation site.

29 CFR 1926.452(j)(2): Poles were not secured to the structure by rigid triangular bracing or equivalent at the bottom, top, and other points as necessary.  On or about September 14, 2018, and in time prior thereto, OSB was used in lieu of rigid triangular braces exposing siding worker to a fall from elevation hazard, located at the home renovation project.
