29 CFR 1926.351(b)(1): Arc welding or cutting cable(s) were not of the completely insulated, flexible type, capable of handling the maximum current requirements of the work in progress:  On or about 9/24/2018 at the intersection of Friendship and Hwy 211, Creekside Village, Braselton, GA welders were exposed to electrocution, electrical shock, and electrical burn hazards where the employer failed to ensure that the welding leads were properly repaired at the numerous damaged areas that were repaired with electricians tape including but not limited to:   a. black lead in use with green Miller welder S/N 536290: b. black lead in use with Lincoln welder and man lift S/N 594503: c. green lead in use with Lincoln welder: d. black lead in use with man lift 605896.

29 CFR 1926.351(b)(2): Welding cable(s) in use were not free from improper repair or splices for a minimum distance of 10 feet from the cable end to which the electrode holder was connected:  On or about 9/24/2018 at the intersection of Friendship and Hwy 211, Creekside Village, Braselton, GA welders were exposed to electrocution, electrical shock, and electrical burn hazards where the employer failed to ensure that the welding leads had no damage within 10-feet of the welding leads that were repaired with electricians tape including but not limited to:   a. black lead in use with green Miller welder S/N 536290: b. black lead in use with Lincoln welder and man lift S/N 594503: c. black lead in use with man lift 605896.
