29 CFR 1926.453(b)(2)(iv): Employee(s) working in an aerial lift were not standing firmly on the floor of the basket: On or about 9/25/2018 at 2455 Buford Highway Buford, GA: where the employer failed to ensure that workers were standing on the floor of the basket at all times while performing installation of the masonry screws at 55-feet above the lower level. The worker was observed standing on the rails of the JLG 660SJ lift exposed to fall hazards.
