29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):   a)  At 1310 Opelika Road, Auburn, Alabama:  On or about September 24, 2018 and at times prior; the employer allowed his employees to perform framing activities without fall protection exposing them to a fall hazard of up to 12.1 feet to the ground below.

29 CFR 1926.1053(b)(13): The top or top step of a stepladder was used as a step:    a)  At 1310 Opelika Road, Auburn, Alabama:  On or about September 24, 2018 and at times prior; the employer allowed his employees to use an a-frame ladder to gain access to the top of the wall and the employee used the top step to get on and off the wall exposing his employee to a fall hazard of 8 feet to the ground below.
