29 CFR 1926.304(f): All woodworking tools and machinery did not meet other applicable requirements of American National Standards Institute, 01.1-1961, Safety Code for Woodworking Machinery.    Pike School, Andover, MA    On August 25, 2018 and at times prior, the employer did not comply with the requirement of paragraph 7, Operating Rules subparagraph 7.2.6.  Specifically, combs (featherboards) or suitable jigs were not provided at the workplace for use when a standard guard cannot be used, as in dadoing, grooving, jointing, moulding, and rabbeting.  On August 25, 2018 , an employee received a fingertip amputation injury when performing a rabbet cut on a table saw without guards or featherboard or suitable jig.
