29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):   a)  At 3413 Eagle Trail, Opelika, Alabama:  On or about September 25, 2018 and at times prior; the employer allowed his employees to perform roofing activities without fall protection exposing his employees to a fall hazard of up to 11.7 feet to the ground below.  b)  At 3413 Eagle Trail, Opelika, Alabama:  On or about September 25, 2018 and at times prior; the employer allowed his employees to perform framing activities without fall protection exposing his employees to a fall hazard of up to 12.7 feet to the ground below.
