29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employees provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501(b):    (a)  Bladimir Maldonado located at 3660 W 25th Street, Greeley, CO 80634:  On and preceding October 1, 2018, the exposing employer did not ensure that employees engaged in residential roofing activities up to 27 feet above the lower levels were protected by guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems.  Two employees were installing shingles and trim on the roof of a three-story residential townhome without the use of fall protection.  This exposed employees to falls from height.
