29 CFR 1926.100(a): Employees were not protected by protective helmets while working in areas where there was a possible danger of head injury from impact, or from falling or flying objects, or from electrical shock and burns:  a) 2788 Hamburg St., Rotterdam, NY, on October 1, 2018, and at times prior, the employer did not provide head protection to employees working on the ground exposed to flying debris.  The Power Construction NY Corporation (same ownership) was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1910.100(a), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1210178, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on June 19, 2017 (date citation was delivered to employer), with respect to a workplace located at 24 Vly Road, Colonie, NY.
