29 CFR 1910.252(b)(2)(iii):  Workers and other persons adjacent to the welding area were not protected from the rays by noncombustible or flameproof screens or shields:    On or about October 2, 2018, in the various robot welding areas, the walkways and work areas adjacent to areas such as, but not limited to robot welder #5 and robot welder #16 were not protected from the generated welding rays due to a lack of or poorly maintained required welding screens or shields.
