29 CFR 1926.501(b)(11): Each employee on a steep roof with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected from falling by guardrail systems with toeboards, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems:    a) On or about 9/26/18 at a residential roofing project located at 10260 Wagner Road, Chaffee, New York; employees were working on a roof with pitches up to 5 in 12 with eave heights of approximately 15 feet. While applying roofing, an employee slipped on ice & water shield and fell suffering multiple fractures. There was no fall protection in use.    NO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION REQUIRED    William C Rott & Son was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard, which was contained in OSHA inspection number 968741, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 5/13/14, with respect to a workplace located at 4220 Harlem Road Amherst, NY.
