29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1): The employer did not develop, implement, and/or maintain at the workplace a written hazard communication program which describes how the criteria specified in 29 CFR 1910.1200(f), (g), and (h) will be met:    On or about October 18, 2018, where employees are required to utilize chemicals including, but not limited to, ZEP Ammonia Free Glass Cleaner Concentrate, Home Select Heavy Duty Oven Cleaner, Klean Strip Acetone, Husky Dry Bright Floor Finish, ZEP High Traffic Floor Polish, ZEP Heavy Duty Floor Stripper Concentrate, Wrights Silver Polish while performing cleaning services, the employer had not developed and implemented a written hazard communication program.
