29 CFR 1910.1200(g)(1): The employer did not have a material safety data sheet for each hazardous chemical in use:  On or about October 03, 2018, and at times prior thereto, the employer did not have safety data sheets readily available in the workplace for each hazardous chemical present at the site. Employees were exposed to chemical hazards in the workplace and their toxic, flammable, or explosive properties.
