29 CFR 1910.147(c)(7)(iii)(C):  Retraining of employees for proficiency did not the introduce new or revised control methods and procedures as necessary:(a) (LOCATION) (IDENTIFY SPECIFIC OPERATIONS AND/OR CONDITIONS) (IDENTIFY MACHINERY OR EQUIPMENT)    Project MD 355 Staging Area - On or about October 5, 2018, in the process of dismantling an air compressor receiver tank and removing the air compressor receiver tank from the worksite, the employee did not confirm that all of the air had been released and drained from the air compressor receiver tank's pipes prior to loosening a pipe that was still pressurized.
