29 CFR 1910.1200(f)(6)(i): Except as provided in 29 CFR 1910.1200(f)(7) and 29 CFR 1910.1200(f)(8), the employer did not ensure that each container of hazardous chemicals in the workplace was labeled, tagged or marked with the information required by 29 CFR 1910.1200(f)(1)(i) through 29 CFR 1910.1200(f)(1)(v):  (a) Production Area, a-55 gallon drum of Chevron Supreme Motor Oil was not labeled with the correct chemical that was inside of the container. Employees were exposed to chemical hazards.

29 CFR 1910.1200(h)(1): Employees were not provided effective information and training on hazardous chemicals in their work area at the time of their initial assignment and whenever a new hazard that the employees had not been previously trained about was introduced into their work area:  (a) Throughout the facility, employees had been provided effective hazard communication training. Employees are exposed to chemical hazards associated with the following chemicals: Edgemont Metalink Coating Silver 95, Chevron Multi-Fak EP-2, Chevron Supreme Motor SAE 10W-30, mineral spirits, BASF Glenium 7700, Pozzolith NC 534, BASF Master Air AE 90.
