29 CFR 1910.179(h)(2)(viii): Replacement rope was not of the same size, grade and construction as the original rope furnished by the crane manufacturer:    (a) On October 12, 2018, and at times prior, for the employees exposed to crushing hazards while using a Strongway 1100/2200 lbs. electric hoist, hoist #1, with a cable that is smaller than the manufacturer's specified cable for hoisting cattle panels at Double J Manufacturing, located at or near 4957 63rd Avenue SE in Jud, North Dakota.      (b) On October 12, 2018, and at times prior, for the employees exposed to crushing hazards while using a Strongway 1100/2200 lbs. electric hoist, hoist #2, with a cable that is smaller than the manufacturer's specified cable for hoisting cattle panels at Double J Manufacturing, located at or near 4957 63rd Avenue SE in Jud, North Dakota.
