29 CFR 1910.67(c)(2)(v): (v) A personal fall arrest or travel restraint system that meets the requirements in 29 CFR part 1910, subpart I, shall be worn and attached to the boom or basket when working from an aerial lift: On or about October 10, 2018, at 9215 W. Broward Blvd., Suite 100, Plantation, FL 33324 an employee performing landscaping work from an aerial lift without the use of a harness and lanyard was exposed to a 5-ft fall hazard.
