29 CFR 1910.305(g)(2)(iii): Flexible cords and cables shall be connected to devices and fittings so that strain relief is provided that will prevent pull from being directly transmitted to joints or terminal screws: a) 101 River Road, Port of Wilmington, Wilmington, DE, Banana Yard Area - Multiple cord sets, connected to ESL Power Systems multi-gang power outlets and being used to energize the reefers, had inadequate strain relief that compromised exterior weather insulation, exposing employees to electrical shock.
