Condition noted on or about 10/17/18.     b- 214 Holly Avenue, West Creek NJ: Employees, not using fall protection, were exposed to fall hazards in excess of 13 feet to the ground surface below when walking and working at and next to unprotected edges of a residential structure's second floor.  Condition observed on or about 10/17/18.     NOTE: IN ADDITION TO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION, THE EMPLOYER IS REQUIRED TO SUBMIT ABATEMENT DOCUMENTATION FOR THIS ITEM, FAILURE TO COMPLY WILL RESULT IN AN ADDITIONAL PENALTY OF $1000.00 IN ACCORDANCE WITH 29 CFR 1903.19.
