29 CFR 1926.300(b)(5): Where the periphery of fan blades was less than 7 feet (2.13 m) above the floor or working level, blades were not guarded.  On or about 10/18/2018 employees at the Triumph Engine Controls jobsite were exposed to amputation hazards from an unprotected rotating fan blade.
