29 CFR 1926.100(a): Employees working in areas where there was a possible danger of head injury from impact, or falling or flying objects, or from electrical shock and burns, were not protected by protective helmets: On or about October 19, 2018 at the above addressed jobsite, an employee was working on the ground as roofing material was being removed from the home and was not wearing a hard hat and could have been struck by the material. Abatement certification is required for this item in accordance with the requirements of 29 CFR 1903.19(c).

Abatement documentation is required for this item in accordance with the requirements of 29 CFR 1903.19(d).
