29 CFR 1926.102(a)(1): Eye and face protective equipment were not used when machines or operations presented potential eye or face injury from physical, chemical, or radiation agents:  Employees engaged in residential roofing activities at the jobsite located at 1760 S. Cranbrook Ave. Wichita, KS 67207, were exposed to struck-by hazards in that employee was observed to operate pneumatic nail guns at approximately 120 psi without wearing eye protection.  29 CFR 1903.19(c)(1) requires certification that the abatement of the above violation is complete.

29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):   Employees engaged in residential roofing activities at the jobsite located at 1760 S. Cranbrook Ave. Wichita, KS 67207, were exposed to fall hazards of 10 feet from the eave of a 6:12 pitch roof to the ground below in that conventional fall protection was not provided and utilized.  29 CFR 1903.19 (d)(1) requires certification and documentation that the abatement of the above violation is complete.

Cranbrook Ave. Wichita, KS 67207: Employees engaged in residential roofing activities from an 6:12 pitch roof were exposed to fall hazards of approximately 10 feet from the eave of the residence to the ground below in that fall protection training was not provided.  29 CFR 1903.19(c)(1): requires certification that the abatement of the above violation is complete.
