Allowing one full sized door and two smaller guards per unit to be opened while the units were in use. b) On or about 10/25/2018, In the Press Room: A guard was removed from the folder out feed conveyor. c) On or about 10/25/2018, In the Plate Room: Plater #2 was in use with its rear cover removed. d) On or about 10/25/2018, In the Mail Room: The stacker was in use with a guard removed. e) On or about 10/25/2018, In the Mail Room: The strapping machine was in use with a cover removed.
