29 CFR 1910.23(b)(10): The employer did not ensure any ladder with structural or other defects was immediately tagged "Dangerous: Do Not Use" or with similar language in accordance with 1910.145 and removed from service until repaired in accordance with 1910.22(d), or replaced: a) Worksite - Employees were using a Lynn Mechanical 10ft wooden ladder to access overhead stored materials. The ladder had damaged and missing rungs; on or about 10/29/18. b) Worksite - Employees were using a damaged 5ft wooden ladder to access overhead stored materials. The ladder had a broken side rail; on or about 10/29/18. C) Worksite - Employees were using a damaged 5ft wooden ladder to access overhead stored materials. The ladder had a broken side rail; on or about 10/29/18. Note: The employer is required to submit abatement certification for this item in accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19.
