29 CFR 1910.157(e)(3): Portable fire extinguishers were not subjected to an annual maintenance check: On or about October 24, 2019, at KGTM Gas Transport Modules located at 2100 Spruce, Amarillo, Texas 79120, employees were exposed to burns and struck-by hazards:  a)  At the second column on pipe side, the portable fire extinguisher had not bee inspected annually.  b)  At the third column northeast on pipe side, the portable fire extinguisher had not bee inspected annually.  c)  At the east side of Frame Shop center, the portable fire extinguisher had not bee inspected annually.  d)  At the north end of meeting room by stairs, the portable fire extinguisher had not bee inspected annually.  e)  At the south by exit door, the portable fire extinguisher had not bee inspected annually.  f)  At north center by changing area, the portable fire extinguisher had not bee inspected annually.  g)  At west side outside by door in winding room, the portable fire extinguisher had not bee inspected annually.   h)  At east wall in winding room, the portable fire extinguisher had not bee inspected annually.
