29 CFR 1926.602(a)(2)(i): An operable seat belt was not provided on all equipment covered by this section and did not meet the requirements of the Society of Automotive Engineers, J386-1969, Seat Belts for Construction Equipment.  (a) On or about October 30th, 2018 and at times prior thereto, employees are exposed to being ejected and crushed by the Volvo Mini Excavator(Model ECR40D) without an operable seatbelt.
