29 CFR 1910.134(e)(1): The employer did not provide a medical evaluation to determine the employee's ability to use a respirator, before the employee was fit tested or required to use the respirator in the workplace.   On or about and days prior to October 30, 2018:  Employees wet cutting and working in the enclosed area of the warehouse located at 6450 Jimmy Carter Boulevard in Norcross, Georgia are required to wear a 3M 8210 Plus N95 Respirator.  The employer did not ensure that employees had been medically evaluated.

On or about and days prior to October 30, 2018:  Employees wet cutting and working in the enclosed area of the warehouse located at 6450 Jimmy Carter Boulevard in Norcross, Georgia are required to wear a 3M 8210 Plus N95 Respirator.  The employer did not ensure that employees had been fit tested prior to initial use.
