29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1): Employer had not developed or implemented a written hazard communication program included the requirements outlined in 29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1)(i) and (e)(1)(ii):   On or about November 01, 2018 and at times thereto, employees were exposed to chemical hazards, when handling Hydrous Aluminum Silicate powdered clay without implementation of a hazard communication program to address key issues of hazardous chemical and materials, protective measures, and exposure effects.

29 CFR 1910.1200(f)(5): The employer did not ensure that each container of hazardous chemicals in the workplace was labeled, tagged, or marked with the identity and appropriate hazard warnings regarding the chemicals contained therein.  On or about November 01, 2018 and at times thereto, employees were exposed to an inhalation hazard from an unmarked container used to distribute powdered materials for spa-work applications. The hazardous chemical in the container contained powdered silica.
