29 CFR 1926.452(j)(2): Poles were not secured to the structure by rigid triangular bracing or equivalent at the bottom, top, and other points as necessary.  (a) US Coast Guard Family Housing Phase II Construction Project - On or about October 30th, 2018 and at times prior thereto, employees installing siding were exposed to falls of approximately 6ft to 21ft without bracing on one of the lower legs of the pump jack scaffolding on the northeastern corner of building 1.
