29 CFR 1926.501(b)(10): Each employee engaged in roofing activities on low-slope roofs, with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels, was not protected from falling by guardrail systems, safety net systems, personal fall arrest system or any other alternative method:  a. On or about November 1, 2018, employees removing clay tiles from a 3:12 pitch roof were not protected from falling 30 feet to the ground below by the use of a fall protection system.
