29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13):  "Residential construction." Employees engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest systems.    On 10/9/2018, an employee of KB Gutter Solutions, LLC were working on a residential building located at 928 Colebrook Court, Lake Saint Louis, MO.  Employees were installing gutters approximately 25 above a lower level. Employees were not utilizing guardrail systems, a safety net system, or a personal fall arrest system.

29 CFR 1926.503(a)(1):  The employer did not provide a training program for each employee who might be exposed to fall hazards. The program did not enable each employee to recognize the hazards of falling and did not train each employee in the procedures to be followed in order to minimize these hazards.    On 10/9/2018, employees of KB Gutter Solutions LLC were installing gutters at 928 Colebrook Court, Lake Saint Louis, MO.  The employees were not able to recognize fall hazards and the procedures necessary to reduce or eliminate these hazards.  The employer did not provide a training program for each employee exposed to fall hazards.
