29 CFR 1926.20(b)(2): The employer did not initiate and maintain a safety program which provides for frequent and regular inspections of jobsites, materials, and equipment to be made by a competent person (i.e., a person who is capable of identifying exists):    (a)      Doll House Investments, LLC dba DHI Roofing at 101 Whitney Court in Windsor, CO 80550:  On November 2, 2018 the controlling employer did not ensure that subcontractor employees were protected from injury, in that five out of six employees were working without fall protection on a two-story residential home with 8-in-12 pitch roof.  Employees were exposed to fall hazards greater than 20 feet.
