29 CFR 1926.453(b)(2)(v): A body belt with lanyard attached to the boom or basket was not worn by employee(s) working from an aerial lift: On or about November 5, 2018, at 3703 North Blvd., Alexandria, LA 71301, the employer failed to ensure an employee who operated a SkyPower JLG Aerial Lift (MN: 450 AJ, SN: JPS 6475-0010) wore adequate fall protection while painting on the exterior of a building approximately 20 feet above ground.
