Grocery Side GR Right Door, Wal-mart Supercenter #2945, West Sadsbury Commons, 100 Commons Drive, Parkersburg, PA 19365 - The employer did not report an in-patient hospitalization due to a work-related incident to OSHA within twenty-four (24) hours. An employee was physically assaulted by a member of the public and two co-workers. The injured employee was transported and admitted to the hospital. This incident occurred on September 30, 2018.
